The Platform is not directed at and is not intended for use by persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years. 599jl requires date of birth at registration and verifies age through KYC identity document checks as a condition of account activation. If 599jl discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person who is under 21 years of age, it will immediately close the account and securely delete all associated personal data, subject to any mandatory legal retention obligations.
